MyBabyShoes offers world-wide shipping via your choice of Air Mail or International Registered post.
Should you wish to make a purchase please email us at mybabyshoes.com.au and we will provide you with the exact shipping costs.
After we have confirmed your order and shipping costs, dispatch will occur within 24hours or the next working day. You should expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks.
Australian orders placed by 12 noon EST weekdays are posted same day via Australia Post Express Post. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
As a general rule expect delivery within 2-3 business days of placing your order, however some remote areas may take a little longer.
If there for any reason is going to be a delay with the dispatch of your goods we will notify you of availability dates or alternative options.
For all Australian orders a flat rate postage fee of $6.00 will apply.
All of our shoes are packaged in gorgeous satin shoe storage/carry bags.
If you required gift wrapping please let us know and we will provide this service free of charge.
Please note that shoes are not delivered in their original shoe boxes.

Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition. That means shoes that have been worn or are marked in any way.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
After we receive your package and inspected the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
